I designed a contemporary real-estate brochure for Escon Primera, creating a clean visual system that communicates the project’s scale, lifestyle and residential offering. The design combines architectural imagery, structured layouts and a fresh colour palette to make information easy to navigate while maintaining a premium presentation.

The brochure balances project highlights, amenities, residences and
location connectivity, using strong hierarchy and modular layouts to
turn dense property information into a clear visual narrative.
